This privacy policy is applicable to the TraceCalc app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, which was developed by Manyu Lab LLC. (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

This Application operates as a purely offline application and does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal information or device data. All data you enter into the Application remains strictly on your mobile device’s local storage and is never sent to external servers.

Does the Application collect location information?

This Application does not collect or store precise real-time GPS location information or coarse location information from your mobile device.

Encryption in Transit and Security

Because this Application does not collect or transmit user data to external servers, no data is in transit. The Service Provider respects the privacy and security of your device’s local storage.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

This Application does not contain any third-party data collection SDKs (such as advertising, analytics, or login SDKs).

The Application references the standard store framework for basic operating capabilities:

The Service Provider may disclose Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect any user data, you can stop using the Application simply by uninstalling it.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

All data created or stored within the Application resides solely on your local device. Uninstalling the Application or clearing app data will immediately remove all stored data.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not collect any personal information from any users.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-09.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to this Privacy Policy.

Governing Language

This Privacy Policy is drafted in the Korean language. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the Korean version and any translation thereof (including this English version), the Korean version shall prevail and govern.
